At Bitfount we believe it is beneficial to support and nurture your growth and one way we do this is through Learning & Development.
We support people’s development needs in a number of ways, from purchasing books on your behalf for our library to paying for courses.
Each employee has an annual L&D budget of £300 per year, post-probation. To use your budget, let your line manager know what you would like to spend it on and they can approve it. Once approved, you will either expense the item yourself or it can be purchased for you by the operations manager. It will be tracked below.
You may wish to spend this budget on items such as:
This list is not exhaustive and there may be other things you want to spend it on.
You can always recommend a book to buy for the office library, read it and put it back on the library shelf. Or if you want your own personal copy, we can buy this and it will come from your personal budget.
